Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Model VegOn Bharat Food is a cloud-kitchen-only operation. All food is prepared fresh, close to your selected order slot, and delivered directly to your address — we do not offer dine-in or pickup counters at this time.

2. Delivery Area We currently deliver within a 20–22 km radius of our kitchen located near CBIT, Kokapet, Osman Sagar Road, Gandipet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500075. If your address falls outside this radius, we may be unable to fulfill your order, or additional delivery charges/time may apply — please confirm with our team before ordering.

3. Order Slots and Delivery Windows

Orders are prepared and dispatched within your chosen slot. Exact delivery time may vary based on order volume, distance, and traffic conditions.

4. Delivery Charges Delivery charges, if any, are calculated based on distance from our kitchen and will be clearly communicated at the time of order confirmation.

5. Delays While we aim to deliver every order within the promised slot, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, traffic, high order volumes, or unforeseen circumstances. We’ll keep you informed if your order is running behind schedule.

6. Order Tracking As a growing cloud kitchen, we currently coordinate delivery updates directly through Instagram or phone/WhatsApp communication rather than an automated tracking system.

7. Failed Deliveries If our delivery partner is unable to reach you at the provided address or contact number, we will attempt to get in touch before returning the order. Repeated failed deliveries may result in order cancellation without a refund, at our discretion.

8. Packaging All meals are packed hygienically and securely to preserve freshness and prevent spillage during transit.
